当社では、選考に進む前に、まずはざっくばらんにお互いのことを知るための【カジュアル面談】を実施しています。
こんなお話ができます
- 事業内容：私たちの会社がどんなことをしているのか、分かりやすくご説明します。
- 働く環境：職場の雰囲気やチームについて、リアルな情報をお伝えします。
- キャリアパス：入社後のキャリアステップや成長機会についてお話します。
- 募集職種：現在募集中の職種や、今後募集予定の職種についてご紹介します。
- その他：ウェブサイトや求人情報だけでは分からない、率直な疑問にお答えします。
