As a general rule, we do not accept requests to specify a delivery company. We will select the most suitable delivery company based on the type and size of the product, delivery area, etc.
If you order multiple items, your order may be delivered by multiple delivery companies depending on the combination of items. In that case, please note that you may receive multiple shipping notification emails.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Japan.

We carefully pack your items to ensure they are delivered without any damage.
Furniture and interior large size products
To prevent scratches or damage, we will carefully pack the item using protective film, cardboard, air cushions, etc. If necessary, we may outsource the packing to a professional packing company and use special packing materials (such as wooden crates).
Miscellaneous goods, small items, fragile items
We use air cushions, craft paper, and other cushioning materials to pack items in a way that will cushion them from external shocks. Fragile items will be labeled with a "Caution: Fragile" sticker.
Use of reused packaging materials
In order to reduce the burden on the environment, we may use reused (recycled) cardboard and cushioning materials as part of the packaging. This does not affect the protection function of the product, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

How to check your delivery status:
You can check the delivery status online by copying the "Inquiry slip number (tracking number)" listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification Email" and accessing the "Delivery Status Enquiry Website URL (Tracking Website URL)."

The "Shipping Completion Notification Email" is usually sent on the day the item is shipped (after the evening). If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
[In case of long-term absence, refusal to receive, or unknown address]
We will not refund shipping costs if the product is returned to us due to the customer's long-term absence, refusal to accept the delivery, or an unknown delivery address, and the product cannot be delivered.

In the event of cancellation, only the product price will be refunded. The initial shipping fee, handling fee, return shipping fee and reshipment shipping fee are not refundable. In addition, if a refund handling fee is incurred, the customer will be responsible for it.
