At Fynd, we have set the following information regarding returns and exchanges so that our customers can enjoy online shopping with peace of mind.

 

Returns and Exchanges

To ensure that our customers can enjoy online shopping with peace of mind, Fynd has established the following return and exchange policy.


[Return and exchange conditions]

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions are met.

In case of defective products

If the product you receive is obviously damaged or soiled, or if a product different from what you ordered is mistakenly delivered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and we will accept a return or exchange for the same product (depending on stock availability, the product may be returned instead of exchanged).

If damage occurred during shipping

If the product arrives with obvious damage or dents on the outer box and you believe the product may have been damaged, please inspect the product on the spot in the presence of the delivery company's delivery person. If the product is found to have been damaged during transportation, please refuse to accept the product and contact us within 5 days of receiving it.

If you open the product yourself after it arrives and find that it is damaged, we may be unable to accept a return or exchange as it will be difficult to determine that the damage occurred during transportation. Please be sure to check the product upon receipt.


Cases where returns are not accepted

  • If you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to return it.
  • Products that have been used, worn, opened, washed or cleaned even once.
  • Products that have been scratched, broken or soiled while in the customer's possession (including damage, loss, soiling, or the smell of perfume or tobacco caused by the customer).
  • If any of the accessories (product tags, boxes, instruction manuals, protective covers, packaging materials, etc.) are lost or damaged.
  • Sale items, outlet items, lucky bags, and other items that are clearly marked "No returns" or "No exchanges" on each product page.
  • Made-to-order products, personalized products, food, drinks, plants, books, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, cosmetics, hygiene products (no returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons).
  • Returns and exchanges for subjective reasons such as "The product is not as I expected," "The size does not fit," or "The color is different from what I expected." (Please make sure to check the product description page for as much detailed information as possible about the product's features and condition.)
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons specific to antique, vintage, or reused items (discoloration due to aging, small scratches, signs of use, etc.) (Please understand that these conditions are part of the product's character. The condition is described in detail on each product page.)

[Return/exchange procedure]

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of purchase using one of the following methods. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if you return the item without contacting us in advance.

Examples of reasons for return/exchange

  • I received a different product than the one I ordered (wrong delivery)
  • The furniture is damaged (defective item – specific description of damage [e.g. large crack in leg])

If you wish to exchange

  • Product you wish to exchange (please specify product code, size, color, etc.)

Response from our store

After confirming your inquiry, we will contact you via email or phone within 3 business days to inform you of the return or exchange procedure.


[Return of product]

Please follow our instructions and return the product within 5 days .

In case of return or exchange due to our convenience

Please return the item by cash on delivery (at our expense). Details on how to return the item will be provided in the instructions sent to you by our store. Please use the original packaging materials used when the item was delivered, if possible.

In case of return due to customer's convenience

Please return the item by paying the shipping cost (at your expense). The return address will be provided in the instructions from our store. Please use a traceable shipping method (such as a courier service) and be sure to keep a copy of the shipping receipt. We are not responsible for any accidents or loss during delivery.


[About refunds]

Once the returned item arrives at our store and we have checked its condition, we will begin the return process.

Refund Method

  • If you paid by credit card , we will refund you through your credit card company. The timing of the refund will vary depending on the card company's closing date and settlement date.
  • In the case of bank transfer <br>We will refund you by bank transfer to your designated bank account. The transfer will be made within 5 business days after the refund procedure is completed. We will then notify you by email that the transfer has been completed.
  • For cash on delivery, convenience store payment, and other electronic payment services, refunds will be made by bank transfer. We will ask you for the bank account details for the refund via email.

Refund amount

  • In the event of a return due to our reasons, we will provide a full refund of the product price, shipping fees, and handling fees (if incurred at the time of payment).
  • In case of return due to customer's convenience
    As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.


[About exchanges]

If exchangeable

In the case of returns or exchanges at our store, we will only accept exchanges if we have the same product in stock. Please note that depending on the stock situation, we may return the product (refund by bank transfer) instead of exchanging it.

Exchange procedure

As with the return procedure, please first contact us and let us know the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. After checking the stock status, we will inform you of whether the exchange is possible and the procedure. We will contact you by email separately to inform you of the shipping date of the exchange item.


[Regarding antique, vintage and reused items]

The antique, vintage and reused products we handle are different from new products and may show changes in condition due to aging and use (scratches, fading, peeling paint, rust on metal, worn fabric, etc.) Please understand that these changes in condition are the unique "flavor" and "texture" of antique, vintage and reused products.

We provide detailed descriptions and multiple images of the condition of each item on each product page. Please make sure to check the condition thoroughly before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

As a general rule, antique, vintage and reused items cannot be returned or exchanged, however, please rest assured that we will of course accept returns and exchanges if certain conditions are met.
