Furniture/interior large size products
To prevent scratches and damage, the item will be carefully packed with protective film, cardboard, air cushions, etc.
Miscellaneous goods/accessories/fragile items
Packing uses air cushions, kraft paper, cushioning materials, etc. to reduce external shock. A "Beware of Fragile Items" sticker will be affixed to fragile items.
Use of reused packaging materials
To reduce environmental impact, we may use reused cardboard or cushioning materials as some of our packaging materials. There is no problem with the product's protection function, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[In case of long-term absence, refusal of receipt, or unknown address]
If the product cannot be delivered and is returned to our store because the customer is absent for a long period of time, declines to receive the product, or the delivery address is unknown, we will not refund shipping charges.
