For first-time customers - User guide
Thank you for using Fynd, an antique and reuse select shop. If you are a first-time customer, we would like to provide you with a brief guide on how to use our online shop.
[Search for products]
There are many ways to find products on Fynd.
Keyword search: When the desired product is clear
Click on the insect repellent mark located at the top right of the page and enter the keyword for the product you are looking for. Keywords can be any word that comes to mind, such as part of the product name, brand name, or product features.
For example, by combining multiple keywords, such as "antique furniture chair," you can get more specific search results.
Once you've finished typing, click the Search button next to the search bar or press Enter on your keyboard.
Enter keywords for the product you are looking for (product name, brand name, features, etc.) and the corresponding products will be displayed in the tab.
When you find the product you are looking for in the search results, click on the image to view the product.
Search Tips
Example keywords:
- "Nordic vintage sofa"
- "Antique table lamp"
- "Reusable cupboard"
Search tips
- You can narrow your search further by entering multiple keywords separated by spaces.
- Even vague keywords may result in relevant products being displayed.
- Try using any keywords that come to mind, such as part of the product name or features.
Search by category: If you want to see what products are available
Select the category you are looking for from the menu bar at the top of the page or the hamburger menu on the top left.
Categories are divided by product category, such as "Antiques," "Chairs," "Dining Chairs," "Teacups," and "Interior/Miscellaneous Goods."
Click the + button next to a category to display more detailed subcategories.
For example, the "Antiques" category might have subcategories such as "Storage furniture," "Sofas," "Chairs," and "Tables."
By selecting a subcategory, you can narrow down your search to more specific product categories.
Narrowing function within category pages
On the category page, you can use the filter function on the left side of the page to narrow down your search criteria, such as price range and brand.
Examples of filter items:
- Category: You can select a more detailed category.
- Price range: You can specify a price range to suit your budget.
- Item condition: You can select the condition of the item, such as "Like new", "Mint", "Used" etc. (if applicable).
- Brand/Manufacturer: Select this if you want to narrow down your search to a specific brand or manufacturer (if applicable).
- Era: You can select this if you are looking for something from a specific era. (*For antique and vintage items)
- Color/Material/Size: You can narrow down your search by product color, material, size, etc. (*Depending on product category)
By combining these filtering functions, you can efficiently find the product you are looking for from among a large number of products.
Search by special feature page or ranking: If you want to know about recommended products, etc.
The FEATURE page on the top page is a page that features a specific topic. It lists products such as "New Arrivals," "Recommended Products," "Sale Items," and "Seasonal Features." It is updated regularly, so if you check it regularly, you may come across a good product.
[Check the product details page]
Click on a product that interests you to display the product details page, where you can view detailed information about the product.
Key information available on the product detail page:
- Product images: Check the condition and design of the product. You can also zoom in to see the details.
- Product Name: Displays the name of the product.
- Price: The selling price of the product is displayed. You can also check the tax-included price and shipping fee here.
- Item condition: A description of the item's condition is provided. As these are antique, vintage, or reused items, there may be a 5-point scale for scratches, signs of use, etc. Please be sure to check.
- Size/Dimensions: When it comes to furniture or other items where size is a concern, be sure to check the size/dimensions. It is important to check in advance whether the item will fit in your room and whether there will be any problems with access to the item.
- Material/Composition: A description of the material or composition of the product is provided.
- Product description: A detailed description of the product's features, usage scenarios, history, etc. is provided.
- " Add to Favorites " button: Click the heart mark to add the product you are interested in to your "Favorites List." This is useful if you want to consider or compare products at once later.
- " Add to Cart " Button: If you want to purchase the product, click the "Add to Cart" button.
- " Store visit reservation " button: If you would like to see the products in store, you can make a reservation from here. There are many products that are not on display in the store, so please make use of this.
[Add to cart and proceed to purchase]
Click the " Add to Cart " button for the item you want to purchase and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
Check your shopping cart
You can see the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the screen.
Key information you'll find in your shopping cart:
- A list of items in your cart: Product name, image, price, quantity, etc.
- Change product quantity: You can change the quantity of the product in your cart.
- Remove Item: You can remove an item from your cart.
- Total price: The total price of the items in your cart will be displayed. You can also check the price including shipping and tax here.
- " Proceed to Checkout " Button: If you wish to proceed to checkout, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- "X" button: If you want to continue shopping, click the "X" button to return to the product page.
- Notes: If there is any information you would like to inform the shop, please write it in the notes section.
