Persian Gabbeh Wool Rug with Animal Motifs, Handwoven by the Qashqai Tribe, Multicolor, Iran This exquisite Gabbeh is carefully woven using traditional hand-weaving techniques by the nomadic Qashqai people of the southwestern province of Fars. The most distinctive feature of this Gabbeh is its multicolored border, which resembles a rainbow. More than 10 colors, including deep indigo blue, colorful orange-red, warm yellow ochre, and natural olive green, are arranged in perfect harmony.
