The biggest charm of this Gabbeh is its warm golden gradation. The color naturally shifts from bright golden yellow in the center to deep amber orange towards the periphery, making it a work of art that truly expresses the richness and vitality of the earth.

Color characteristics:

Center: Bright golden yellow (warm color reminiscent of wheat fields and rapeseed fields)

Outer circumference: Deep amber orange (warm tone like sunset or honey)

Accent: 4 animal motifs expressed in mysterious deep blue

Weaving technique: Hand woven using loose knots (Gyordesu knot), the pile length is approximately 12-15mm. It feels soft to the touch and has moderate cushioning. As you can see from the image on the back, the knots are uniform and dense, making it durable enough to withstand long-term use.

Arrangement of animal motifs: The blue animals placed in the four corners each have different expressions and postures, making you imagine various stories depending on the viewing angle. These are thought to represent sheep, goats, or other animals sacred to the Kasugai people, and are meant to pray for the prosperity and happiness of the family.

Material: 100% high quality wool. The wool is of high quality, collected from sheep raised at high altitudes, and has natural stain resistance and heat retention.
