A set of 5 bone china dinner plates from Noritake, a globally acclaimed Japanese ceramics brand. This is an unused item from the pattern number 9957 "SELINA" series, and is a luxurious item that comes in a special presentation box.

Bone china is the highest quality porcelain made from cow bone ash. Compared to regular porcelain, it has superior whiteness and translucency, and is thin and lightweight, yet surprisingly strong. The beauty that becomes faintly transparent when held up to the light is a unique charm of bone china.

The main character of the design is elegant flowers in pastel colors. Flowers and leaves in soft tones of pink, lavender, and gray are scattered throughout the plate. The plant motifs expressed in delicate brushstrokes are classical yet full of universal beauty that harmonizes with modern dining tables.

The rim has a wavy scalloped finish that enhances its elegant impression. The gold accents add an elegant shine to brighten up your table on special occasions. With a dinner plate size of approximately 27 cm in diameter, you can beautifully plate your main dish.

Recommended usage/applications

Add a special touch to your anniversary or celebratory dinner with this plate. Use it as the main plate for a Western course meal to create a formal restaurant-like dining table. It will elegantly complement any dish, including steak, grilled chicken, and fish dishes.

Perfect for entertaining guests. The 5-piece set allows you and your family and guests to sit around the table with tableware with the same pattern, creating a beautiful, unified table setting.

Even for everyday use, the elegant floral pattern will add color to your everyday life. Bone china is lightweight and easy to handle, making it suitable for daily use. Just by serving breakfast toast or salad, you can turn an ordinary meal into a special time.

Interior coordination proposal

For classic elegant dining, pair it with lace tablecloths and silver cutlery to create a classy atmosphere. Add crystal glasses and candle holders to create a sophisticated hotel-like space.

For French country style, pair it with a plain wood table and linen napkins for a warm and natural dining table. The gentleness of the floral pattern harmonizes with the rustic country style to create a cozy space.

For modern interiors, we recommend coordinating with a simple white tablecloth and modern cutlery, and letting the floral pattern on the plates take center stage. Incorporating traditional beauty into a contemporary space will highlight your sophisticated personality.

Noritake's reliable quality and timeless design make this a valuable item that will continue to decorate your dining table for a long time.
