The most impressive feature is its elegant form reminiscent of 19th century European telephones. The cream-colored plastic body features a receiver and transmitter with brass-like gold decoration, giving it an antique-like appearance. The handset and transmitter are separate, each attached to the main body with brass-colored decorative metal fittings, and the bell has a brass-like finish, giving it a solid feel.

The central rotary dial is numbered from 0 to 9 and has a small decorative painting in its center. The curl cord maintains its original shape, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. The manufacturer's name "Kanda" is engraved on the main body, indicating reliable quality made in Japan.
